Christmas Events 2009
Duruing the build up to Christmas this year. Welwyn Garden City Band will be performing a range of seasonal music and other light music for all tastes.
On Thursday 19th November we will be playing at the switching on of the Christams Lights, This year the lights will be switched on by a TV celebrity from X Factor at 6.30. The Band will be playing carols from 6.00PM.
On Saturday 28th November we will be presenting our 75th Anniversary & Christmas Concert at the Campus West Theatre with special guests Springmead JMI School Choir.
On Thursday 3rd December we will be playing Christams carols with Guides & Brownies from around 6.00pm - 7.00pm in central Welwyn Garden City.
On Saturday 19th December we will be playing Christams carols as part of the WGC Town Centre Fine Food & Craft Fair from between 10.00am - 3.00pm.
and on Christams Eve we will be playing Christms carols around the Christams Tree in Woodhall WGC.
